We offer virtual phone numbers for businesses and individuals alike; those numbers can be used to forward calls made to them, to your desired destination number. With your account, you will be able to setup voicemail on your number and have those voicemail messages emailed to your registered email address as an audio file.

We can help your business by bring your customers closer to you and you to them for as cheap as about $10 monthly. With our service, your customers or contacts od not have to pay international calling charges to reach you because you can get a number at their respective locations so that their calls to you are charged at their local phone number provider’s rates.

You may have as many numbers as you want. There is no limit to the paid numbers.

Getting Started

In order to delete a number from your account, you will have to email us from your registered email address on your account requesting the deletion of your number. The same applies for the cancellation of your account.

In order to add another number, please follow the steps below:

1. Log into your account here

2. Click “Add New Number” as shown below:

3. From the drop down menus that show up, select the country and city for which you want the virtual number, the destination country and then enter your destination number to which your calls will be forwarded as shown below:

4. Click “Continue” and then place your order and await for your number to be assigned accordingly.

In order to change your forwarding number, please follow the steps below:

1. Log into your account and click “My Online Numbers” as shown below:

3. In the “Forwards To” box, remove the current number and then add your new number and then click “Update Details”.

To sign up for a number, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to https://www.stickynumber.com.au and click “Pricing” or log into your account and click “Add New Number”

2. Select the country and city for which you want the number, and also select your destination country and number to which your calls will be forwarded as shown below:

In order to enble or disable your voice mail:

1. Log into your account

2. Click the “Voice Mail” link in the left pane as shown below:

Yes but this is an expensive option as it will cost you AUD 50 as compared to the system assigned numbers.

In order to choose a number, please email us with an example of the kind of number you want and we will provide you a list of similar numbers to choose from.

After doing so, we will provide you with other details.

1. Log into your account

2. Click the “Voice Mail” link in the left pane as shown below:

3. Under the heading “Voice Mail” follow the steps below:

  1. Enable voice mail on your number.
  2. Call your number and when it says "person at extension <your number> is unavailable" push "*" before the beep.
  3. Please enter your 4 digit password (password below).
  4. Select option "0" (Mailbox options).
  5. Select option "1" (Record unavailable message).
  6. Record your new greeting message and push "#".
  7. When prompted accept and save your new unavailable greeting message by pushing "1".

2. Click “Voice Mail” on the left pane and select the number of rings as shown below:

You can get as many calls as possible as long as your number is active.

Billing

To stop auto billing on your card, you will have to email us with the instruction from your registered email address.

1. Log into your account

2. Under “Billing” click “Account Credit” and add the credit amount as shown below:

3. Select the payment option, add the credit amount, accept the terms and conditions, and then click “Make Payment” as shown below:

Renew

In order to have the credit card or PayPal details changed, kindly renew your number with the new details and this will automatically remember the new detail.

Your monthly pricing is determined based on the Plan you signed up for, and having that amount paid each month for renewal of your numbers and there are no hidden charges.

Upon utilizing more than your monthly minutes, you can buy more minutes at the cost per minute charge on the plan you would have signed up for.

We accept PayPal and credit card Payments only

There are no hidden fees added to the monthly Plan cost.

From within your Member Account, under “Billing”, you can review your activities by clicking “Invoices” and viewing them.

You will get a renewal notification alerting you to renew your number before expiry

3. Under “Modify Details”, change the details you would like to change. If you have difficulties accessing your account, you may email us the request to change the details you may want to change but this has to come from your email on file which is the only email we will relate to.
